The Detour Program is a 501c3 Public Charity dedicated to taking a hands-on approach to help people with relationships, career, family support and family development. We offer second chance services, such as mentoring, community re-entry, and job preparation; giving a foundation to our youth and families.

The true emphasis of The Detour Program Inc. is “Action, Accountability, and Follow Through. ”The Detour Program is built of several different programs that all focus on personal growth and change, assisting people of all ages to be productive citizens in our community, teaching various life skills and preventative lessons on how to deal and overcome various turns and detours off of the right track that society can sometimes give.

We work with local school districts and families providing social, emotional programming and support to youth and families who need it.

We are a prevention resource and we provide support to those students that have been bullied, abused or that may be suicidal or have suicidal tendencies
